ladivasabun.com is open to all its members. Unless otherwise stated, the services provided on the site are free of charge.

In the following cases, the site administration may block the member's use of the site and reserves its legal rights against the person or persons involved in the following actions:

1.a. Recording information on the site that is incorrect, irregular, incomplete and misleading, contains statements that are not in accordance with general moral rules and contradicts the laws of the Republic of Turkey

1.b. Unauthorized copying of the site content, in whole or in part

1.c. Users are directly responsible for any damages arising from the sharing of information such as usernames and passwords, or usage rights, provided to or chosen by the user, with third parties or organizations (the use of this information by persons other than the user). Similarly, the User may not use personal information belonging to another person on the Internet, such as IP addresses, email addresses, or usernames, nor may they access or use the private information of other users without permission. The User is deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liabilities that may arise from such use.

1.d. The use of software that threatens the security of the site, hinders the operation of the site and the software used, the performance or attempted performance of activities, and the obtaining, deleting, or modifying of information are prohibited.

3a. Information of users visiting ladivasabun.com (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked in order to provide them with better service. This information, subject to privacy terms, is shared with companies with whom we collaborate on advertising, etc., for the purpose of expanding and improving content. The aim here is to improve the user experience offered by the site and to develop ladivasabun.com.

3.b. After completing the required sections for registration and confirming their email address, ladivasabun.com users can start using the site by entering their email address and password, provided they comply with the terms specified in this agreement.

3.c. While using the ladivasabun.com site and its services, the user agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Decrees and legal regulations regarding the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, the Law of Obligations, other relevant legislation, and all announcements and notifications that ladivasabun.com will publish regarding its services. The user is solely responsible for all legal, criminal, and financial liabilities that may arise due to usage contrary to these notifications and laws.

3.d. If the user is found to have failed to comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules stated on ladivasabun.com, ladivasabun.com may temporarily or permanently block the user's access to ladivasabun.com and/or close their account.

3.e. The user may not engage in actions that prevent or hinder other users and visitors from using ladivasabun.com, overload/lock the servers or databases by installing automated programs, or attempt any fraudulent activities. If they do, they accept that their membership will be terminated and they will be liable for all legal and criminal consequences arising from the situation.

3.g. The user may not delete or remove any Copyright, Trademark, and all other Intellectual and Artistic Property Law notices from any material copied or printed from ladivasabun.com.

3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user through ladivasabun.com. The user whose membership is terminated will have their access to the site revoked. By canceling their membership, the user acknowledges that this action is irreversible.

3.j. The relationships between site users and each other or third parties are the responsibility of the individuals involved.

3.m. Certain sections of the site may have specific rules and obligations. Individuals and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.

3.n. To read about the measures we take to protect our users' personal information and privacy, and our general policy on this matter, please read the "Privacy Policy" section.

3.o. The user must ensure that the payment information (credit card, mobile phone number, etc.) they will use for purchases made through the site is accurate.

The user acknowledges and undertakes that all legal and criminal liabilities arising from these actions belong to them.

7. Notification Addresses

7.a. ladivasabun.com does not request postal addresses from its users in advance. However, the email address provided by the user to ladivasabun.com is accepted as the legal email address for all notifications related to this agreement.

7.b. The parties agree that unless they notify the other party in writing of any changes to their current email addresses within 3 (three) days, requests made to the old email addresses will be considered valid and deemed to have been received.

Furthermore, any notification made by ladivasabun.com using the user's registered email address will be considered to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the email is sent by ladivasabun.com. The user declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the clauses in this participation agreement and that the information they have provided is accurate.
