Return Process
ATTENTION:

Every product received is under the guarantee of the manufacturer. However, none of the products sold on our site are used for the treatment of diseases. These products are for supplementary purposes. In product returns, it cannot be claimed as a reason that the expected result did not occur.

Right of Withdrawal The customer who purchased the product may return it to the shipping carrier within 14 days as the recipient, provided that the packaging has not been damaged, tampered with, and the product has not been used.

For products delivered to the customer by the cargo company: before accepting the delivery, the product must be checked by the customer in the presence of the company authorized person by opening it. If the product is damaged, the customer should not accept the delivery; a report should be prepared in front of the authorized person. When the product is accepted, it means the customer acknowledges that the cargo company has fulfilled its duty completely.

Returns of products whose packaging has been opened, used, or damaged are not accepted without a valid reason.

If, for products whose packaging has been opened and used, the customer determines that there is a defect originating from the product, the fully and correctly completed product return form, together with a photocopy of the product invoice, must be sent to the company address within at most 10 days via the contracted cargo service.

Once the returned product reaches us, the return process is initiated. After checking compliance with the product return conditions; if there is no defect arising from use, or if there is an issue caused by us, the product price is refunded to you within 10 days. If it is deemed suitable, the refund is processed to your credit card or account number by our company. If the error is caused by the user and the packaging has been tampered with and the product has been damaged, the product price is not refunded to the customer.

Depending on your bank, the product price is reflected on your credit card within 10 days as a “plus balance.” This process is entirely dependent on your bank, and ladivasabun.com has no right to interfere with your bank.

Products Outside the Return Scope Products prepared specifically for the BUYER for certain days such as New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc., products offered for sale and/or imported, goods that are prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or clearly for their personal needs, and that by their nature are not suitable to be returned and carry a risk of rapid deterioration or may exceed their expiration date; campaign and promotional products; and products whose packaging has been opened and/or have been used cannot be returned.

In all types of return transactions, shipping costs belong to the customer.
