Warranty Conditions
All products are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty unless otherwise stated. To ensure the warranty is valid, please inspect the product during delivery. If you notice any damage, do not accept the product by having a report prepared. Any modifications made to the product, deformation of the product, or disruption of the product’s original design are outside the scope of the warranty.

Product Return Conditions
If the product you purchased through our website is faulty, you must contact us through the online support section on our page within at most 7 days from the delivery date. Following this information, the faulty product you send to us via the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the defect in the ordered product results from customer use, or if the product has been used within the 7-day period, the product will not be returned or exchanged. As the conditions for returning and exchanging the product, the provisions under Law No. 4077 on the Protection of Consumers are applied as the basis.
